WilliamPitt Construction Limited is a fully Ghanaian owned Construction company established in 1981 as a limited liability company which has subsidiaries in Nigeria, Benin, Sierra Leone (Face of Africa)SL Ltd. and Togo. It was duly incorporated on the 1st day of November, 1985 under the Companies code, 1963 (ACT 179) of the Republic of Ghana and duly registered with the Registrar General’s Department. Having complied with the provision of Section 27 and 28 of the Companies Code, 1963, the company obtained certification to commence business from the 4th day of February, 1986.
WilliamPitt Construction Limited is registered with the Ministry of Works and Housing Classification (D1 – K1) and the Ministry of Roads and Transport Classification (A3 – B3).
